The biopic "Bruce Lee, My Brother" will hit Chinese screens on November 25, two days before what would have been Lee's 70th birthday.
A Cantonese version of the trailer for has been released on the film Web site Mtime.com.
Besides the typical action scenes we have come to expect from Bruce Lee films, a story from the kung-fu star's childhood was also revealed in the trailer, indicating that the movie will not only focus on Lee's martial arts career, but also tell us more about his personal and family life.
The screenplay is based on a memoir by Alex Lee, Bruce's brother. Hong Kong actor Aarif Lee, who shot to fame with his big screen debut "Echoes of the Rainbow", stars as Bruce Lee in the film. Actors Tony Leung Ka-Fai and Christy Chung play Lee's parents. Many local stars such as Alex Man, Siu-Fai Cheung and Kar Lok Chin also appear in the film.
