The Youth Orchestra of Ecuador (YOE) was founded in 2016 by Maestro Diego Carneiro in order to support young talented musicians in vulnerability with the aim of enhancing their career and integral life through music education and performance, leadership and social awareness. It is integrated by more than 200 children and young people from several countries and it is considered as one of the most well-known young ensembles of Ecuador.
