GM to regain control in SAIC joint venture	通用汽車擬提前回購上汽通用1%股權(quán)?
General Motors Co. plans to buy back the controlling 1 percent stake in Shanghai GM, its joint venture with Chinese partner SAIC, bringing SAIC’s total stake in the venture back to 50 percent, GM’s Chief Executive Daniel Akerson said Thursday.	8月4日，通用汽車CEO丹尼爾??？松―aniel Akerson）在通用汽車2011年第二季度財務(wù)報告會議上表示，預(yù)計通用汽車將完成與上汽簽訂的回購上海通用1%股份的協(xié)議，從而將對上海通用的持股比例提至50%。
In 2009, SAIC acquired a controlling 51 percent interest in Shanghai GM by purchasing an additional 1 percent in preparation for the group’s listing. That year, SAIC reported a record 5 billion yuan ($US 778 million) in profit growth for Shanghai GM.	據(jù)上汽2009年12月5日發(fā)布的公告，上汽擬通過全資子公司上汽香港公司收購?fù)ㄓ闷嚦钟械纳虾Ｍㄓ?%股權(quán)，為集團(tuán)整體上市做準(zhǔn)備。此前，上海汽車已持有上海通用50%股權(quán)。這1%的股權(quán)也確實為上汽的財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)增色不少，僅2010年，上海通用就為上汽增加利潤近50億元。
Under the terms of the original deal, GM could repurchase the stake only if it SAIC is allowed to include Shanghai GM’s revenue on its accounts.	上汽方面表示，在當(dāng)初的股份購買協(xié)議中雙方已約定，通用汽車如果要回購上海通用1%的股權(quán)，前提條件是必須滿足上汽繼續(xù)對上海通用實現(xiàn)并表。
SAIC received the green light for its asset-restructuring plan from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company announced on August 2.	8月2日，上海汽車、華域汽車雙雙發(fā)布公告稱，中國證監(jiān)會上市公司并購重組審委會有條件審核通過了上海汽車發(fā)行股份購買資產(chǎn)暨關(guān)聯(lián)交易方案。
