Li Hejun, chairman of Hanergy Thin Film Power Group, and member of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee
Li's proposals focus on new energy development and environmental protection. He said the photovoltaic industry needs more support from government including increasing subsidies to expand BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic). The government should encourage people to use new energy in their daily lives, he said.
