Tesla on Tuesday posted its second-quarter vehicle production and deliveries report for 2024, with deliveries falling about 4.7 percent from the year-ago quarter.
The company delivered more of its electric vehicles than expected in the second quarter with 443,956 vehicle deliveries, including 422,405 across its Model 3 and Ys and 21,551 across its other EVs.
Tesla also reported that it produced 410,831 vehicles for the quarter, a nearly 14.4 percent decrease from the same period last year.
Its deliveries experienced an 8.5 percent year-over-year decline in the first quarter.
The company will publish its second-quarter financial results on July 23.
