The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council (CCPIT Beijing) issued an action plan recently to help the city's high-tech private enterprises expand abroad.

The plan includes 16 measures, such as strengthening the supply of international trade and economic information, expanding channels for international trade and economic exchanges, and building a professional service support system.

In recent years, some high-tech private enterprises in Beijing have enhanced their technological and brand strength. In particular, those in fields such as new energy, artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, and advanced manufacturing have attracted significant attention from international markets.

Wang Jingchuan, an official at CCPIT Beijing, said the plan will connect these companies with high-end resources from overseas governments, business associations, and enterprises.

The plan proposes to expand channels for international trade and economic exchanges by implementing the global friendly business association partnership network program. The program will actively explore emerging markets and support member companies in participating in international cooperation projects.

Besides, the plan also pledges more support for companies to attend various overseas trade exhibitions in order to facilitate their expansion into international markets.

According to the plan, Beijing will also gather high-quality professional resources, including finance, law, accounting, and talent services, to support the establishment of specialized committees for helping enterprises going abroad. 

Meanwhile, the plan encourages state-owned and private enterprises to cooperate in the global expansion efforts.
