The Joint Operations Command System

While inspecting the CMC joint operations command center on April 20, 2016, Xi Jinping emphasized the need to build a joint operations command system that meets China’s needs. He urged bold action to seize on the current reform momentum and overcome any barriers to realizing the goal. Efforts to this end must be guided by the Party’s goal of building a strong military and the military strategic guideline for a new era. The reshuffled command system must be placed under the absolute leadership of the Party. It must be able to command with courage, efficiency, and confidence. A capable and efficient joint operations command system is to be built, which is composed of permanent and specialized command establishments for both peacetime and wartime operations.

聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)指揮體系

2016年4月20日，習(xí)近平到軍委聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)指揮中心視察時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，抓住改革機(jī)遇，銳意開拓創(chuàng)新，聚力攻堅(jiān)克難，加快構(gòu)建具有中國軍隊(duì)特色的聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)指揮體系。實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)任務(wù)，必須以黨在新時(shí)代的強(qiáng)軍目標(biāo)為引領(lǐng)，貫徹新時(shí)代軍事戰(zhàn)略方針，建設(shè)絕對(duì)忠誠、善謀打仗、指揮高效、敢打必勝的聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)指揮機(jī)構(gòu)，構(gòu)建平戰(zhàn)一體、常態(tài)運(yùn)行、專司主營、精干高效的戰(zhàn)略戰(zhàn)役指揮體系。
