Cooperation with OECD NEA 

On September 29, 2013, China became a strategic partner of the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD/NEA) with the signing of the Joint Statement on Cooperation in the Field of Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy Between the China Atomic Energy Authority and the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Chinese companies have participated in a number of joint research projects initiated or supported by the NEA in the areas of new reactor design safety review, advanced nuclear fuel development, and thermal hydraulic tests. Relevant Chinese departments have participated in the cooperation and exchanges of the Generation IV International Forum (GIF), the Multi-national Design Evaluation Program (MDEP), and the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (IFNEC), for which the NEA serves as the technical secretariat. A working group on Hualong One has been established under the MDEP. 

中國與經(jīng)合組織核能機構(gòu)合作 

2013年9月29日，中國與核能機構(gòu)簽署了《中國國家原子能機構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟合作與發(fā)展組織核能機構(gòu)關(guān)于在和平利用核能領(lǐng)域合作的聯(lián)合聲明》，成為核能機構(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略伙伴。中國有關(guān)企業(yè)參加了核能機構(gòu)主持或支持的多個聯(lián)合研究項目，涉及新型反應(yīng)堆設(shè)計安全審查、先進(jìn)核燃料研發(fā)、熱工水力實驗等領(lǐng)域。中國有關(guān)部門參加了核能機構(gòu)作為技術(shù)秘書處的第四代核能系統(tǒng)國際論壇（GIF）、多國設(shè)計評價計劃（MDEP）、國際核能合作框架（IFNEC）的合作與交流，在多國設(shè)計評價計劃下成立了華龍一號工作組。
