| Jolin, Stefanie to Possibly Debut in Remake of Initial D |

The new film is dubbed the female version of Initial D, a 2005 movie which earned positive box office results as well as thumbs-up for pop king Jay Chow, according to a report on the news portal sina.com. Negotiation about actresses is still underway, and the two singers have not confirmed their participation yet. But if successful, it will be Jolin and Stephanie's first appearance in a car racing movie. The new film will be directed by Chun-Chun Wong and choreographed by action master Bruce Law, and will start shooting in the second half of this year. The leading actresses, once confirmed, will have to receive a series of racecar training sessions beforehand. The film's choreographer, Bruce Law said that the choice of leading actresses had not been confirmed, but the company highly praised the potential and skill flexibility of the two popular singers.
