Christmas and the year-end shopping rush have hiked up tour prices to Hong Kong and Macao, reports say.

 

China Travel Service (Hong Kong) has set the price of its "Four-Day Exciting Christmas Tour to Hong Kong" at around 3,000 yuan.

 

China Youth Travel Service is providing customers with several itineraries at different price levels, ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 yuan.

 

These itineraries are all designed for people who want a taste of Christmas or shopping excursion in Hong Kong and Macao in the year end.

 

The prices of tours to Hong Kong and Macao at the end of the year have increased for about 400 yuan, according to a staff member at China Travel Service (Hong Kong).
