Authorities in Nepal said Tuesday that at least 5,057 people died in the country after a massive earthquake struck the impoverished Himalayan nation. This is the strongest earthquake after 8.1-magnitude quake hit eastern Nepal and Bihar state in neighboring India killing 10,700 in 1934.
