A swimsuit design contest?kicked off??in Huludao, Liaoning Province?on June 13 and professional and amateur designers nationwide are welcome to compete.
The top prize winner will get 30,000 yuan in cash award.
The contest, which?will last until August 17,?is part of the Xingcheng Swimsuit Culture Festival and is organized by the National Garment Association, Liaoning Economy and Information Committee and the local government.
Huludao is one of three swimsuit production bases in China, with more than 350 swimsuit companies and annual sales revenue of 5 billion yuan.
