Ingredients:
250 grams (0.55 lb) green peas
150 grams (0.33 lb) carrots
2 grams (1/3 tsp) salt
1 grams (1/4 tsp) MSG
20 grams (1 1/2 tbsp) water
40 grams (3 tbsp) cooking oil
Directions:
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes 1 cm (0.4 inch) long
each side. Wash the green peas clean.
2. Heat the oil to 70-100oC (160-210oF). Put in the green peas
and carrot cubes. Add the water, salt and MSG and cook until the
carrot cubes are soft. Use a strong fire to thicken the sauce.
Place on a plate and serve.
Features: The combination of green and red
colors makes a beautiful dish.
Taste: Salty and delicious.
