汶川地震三周年公祭

據(jù)鳳凰網(wǎng)報道，五月十二日是汶川大地震三周年，人們在當時的重災區(qū)，北川老縣城舉行了公祭活動。遇難者家屬、老北川居民、災區(qū)救援隊和援建單位代表出席了活動。人們?yōu)橛鲭y同胞默哀一分鐘后，陸續(xù)向紀念碑獻花。

抗震救災紀念館開館

據(jù)新華社報道，全國首個為四川地震遇難同胞設立的抗震救災紀念館周三在成都開館。館內(nèi)設有六大主題展覽，陳列實物展品270余件、圖片559張。展廳再現(xiàn)了救援人員的抗災畫面。

海洋防災需加強

新華社消息，在5·12全國防災減災日到來之際，國家海洋局官員與海洋災害專家周三呼吁應加強海洋防災體系建設。國家海洋局北海分局官員竇月明表示，我國在海洋災害防控體系方面存在漏洞，這次日本核危機發(fā)生后，能檢測放射物質(zhì)的實驗室就比較匱乏。

2008 quake museum opens in Chengdu

China's first museum dedicated to the victims of the 2008 Sichuan earthquake opened Wednesday in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Xinhua reports. The museum has six sections with 270 exhibits and 559 photos, including those of rescuers, which line the halls.

China urges precaution for ocean disasters

Chinese maritime officials and experts on Wednesday called for more precaution for ocean disasters on the eve of National Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day, Xinhua reports. Loopholes in China's ocean disaster control and prevention system, such as a lack of radiation testing labs, have emerged during Japan's nuclear crisis, said Dou Yueming, an official from the North Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration.
