Many customers of the product, who are mostly small restaurants specializing in chafing-dish cuisine, say that the sliced mutton rolls they bought are actually mutton-flavored pork, and vendors have confirmed their reports. |
據(jù)《現(xiàn)代快報(bào)》消息，南京市有一些商販和餐館近日一直在出售含有化學(xué)添加劑的“羊肉風(fēng)味”豬肉，豬肉質(zhì)量令人擔(dān)憂(yōu)。這種產(chǎn)品的顧客多為小火鍋店，他們表示自己購(gòu)買(mǎi)的“羊肉卷”其實(shí)就是“羊肉風(fēng)味”的豬肉，經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商也承認(rèn)了這一說(shuō)法。 |
| Wholesalers of the "mutton" say the restaurants buy the pork at less than 5 yuan per box and then sell them as mutton at their restaurants for more than twice the price they paid. One vendor said he doesn't eat the meat for fear of his health, though a Nanjing Agriculture University professor said the chemical additives may not actually be harmful. The professor warned that any danger from the additives would come from masking the smell of bad or spoiled meat. |
批發(fā)商說(shuō)，餐館以低于每盒5元的價(jià)格買(mǎi)進(jìn)這些“羊肉”，然后再以真正的羊肉賣(mài)出，價(jià)格能翻一倍多。一名商販表示他自己從來(lái)不吃這種肉，因?yàn)閾?dān)心會(huì)有害健康。對(duì)此，南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)的一位教授表示，食品添加劑并不一定100%對(duì)身體有害，不過(guò)他提醒說(shuō)，添加劑可以掩蓋變質(zhì)的肉類(lèi)，那樣就會(huì)損害健康。
