Du Fu is one of China's greatest Tang dynasty poets. The period when he lived in Chengdu was the peak of his creativity, during which he wrote more than 240 poems. Taking an afternoon to sit in a quiet cafe to decipher his poetry makes for an enriching experience for poetry fans.
