Justine Henin of Belgium put aside Ana Ivanovic of Serbia 6-3 and 6-2 on Friday, advancing to the final of the Brisbane International women's tennis tournament.
This was her first tournament since coming out of retirement. The 27-year-old Henin had been away from the court for 20 months.
The former world number one needed just 66 minutes to defeat the third seed Ivanovic in a lop-sided match, and will face the winner between U.S. Open champion Kim Clijsters and Germany's Andrea Petkovic in Saturday's final.
