American Ted Ligety was unbeatable in the giant slalom, winning the Olympic gold in the event on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old world champion clocked two minutes 45.29 seconds for two runs, beating two Frenchmen into second and third place.
Steve Missillier was 0.48 behind for the silver and Alexis Pinturault took bronze with a further 0.16 behind.
