Sebastian Coe was re-elected president of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) at the 52nd IAAF congress meeting on Wednesday.
"This was not an easy journey. The first four years have been the time of change, the next will be a time of building," Coe said.
Coe is a former middle distance running great and double Olympic 1,500m champion. He was chief organizer of the London 2012 Olympics.
In 2007, Coe was elected vice-president of the IAAF, and re-elected for another four-year term in 2011. In August 2015, he was elected president of the IAAF.
