Shenzhen built an 11-point advantage in the first quarter, only for the home side to overtake the lead with a 13-0 run in the second period.
The two teams put up an even more heated battle after halftime and were level at 90-90 at the end of regulation play.
Thanks to Wu's 3-pointer in the closing moment, Zhejiang clinched the hard-earned victory in overtime.
Meanwhile, the Guangdong Southern Tigers extended their winning streak to eight games with a 116-111 victory over the Tianjin Pioneers.
