Midfielder Daniel Camacho will miss Bolivia's World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador and Paraguay due to illness, the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) said on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old midfielder, who plays his club football for Panama's CAI, was cut from the squad after complaining of abdominal pain.
"There is a need to carry out the necessary clinical tests to determine whether he has a kidney stone," read a statement on FBF's official website.
Camacho is the fourth player to be cut from Bolivia's squad for the matches against Ecuador in Guayaquil on Thursday and Paraguay in El Alto next Tuesday.
Midfielder Jeyson Chura, forward Jose Martinez and midfielder Boris Cespedes have also withdrawn due to injuries.
Bolivia is currently seventh in the South American zone standings with 12 points from 10 games, a point outside of the automatic qualification places.
