Germany's Garina Vogt won the the normal hill gold medal in the women's ski jump debut at the Winter Olympic Games on Tuesday.

Vogt scored 247.4 points for the gold, 1.2 points over second-placed Daniela Iraschko-Stolz from Austria. France's Coline Mattel took the bronze with 245.2 points.
