Rising up in the southern region of Anhui Province, Huangshan Mountain covers an area of 1,200 square kilometers, of which 154 square kilometers are open to tourists. Featuring "four wonders": imposing peaks, spectacular rocks, odd-shaped pines and a sea of clouds, Huangshan Mountain was included in both the world cultural and natural heritage lists in 1990. There are more than 400 famous scenic attractions on the mountain in total, 140 of which have been developed and opened to tourists. The mountain boasts 72 peaks, and its three main peaks rise majestically more than 1,000 meters above sea level. The spring views of Huangshan Mountain are considered some of the most charming scenery all over the country.
