Since this cup specialist's retirement from the game in 2000, Roberto Mancini has turned the tables and embarked on a successful managerial career. From Fiorentina, Lazio and Internazionale to Manchester City, Mancini has shown his brilliant team-building powers and has always managed to stay on top of the game.
Mancini took over as the manager of Manchester City in December 2009, on a three-and-a-half year deal which provides him with an annual income of about £3.5 million. Never one to admit defeat, Manicini can be credited for the team's tight defense organization and being tough to break down.
