Showbiz has never particularly proven to be a paradise for couples, especially for those superstar sweethearts. However, there are still some duos in the loop that not only manage to maintain a strong union, but can also crack a big smile when pay day comes around.

This year, Jay-Z and Beyonce are the most enviable of them all as Forbes.com reported yesterday that this celeb couple tops the 2012 World's Highest-Paid Celebrity Couples list with a combined income of $78 million between May 1, 2011 and May 1, 2012.

Next on the list are supermodel Gisele Bundchen and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who pulled in a combined grand total of $72 million. In third-place we find Victoria and David Beckham with their massive $54 million income.
