Zhaopin.com, one of China's largest recruitment websites, has launched its latest Talent Supply and Demand Report, covering 28 major cities across the country.
The report is based on the most up-to-date statistics collected from the website, an analysis of job vacancies and job seekers. Shanghai tops the list with highest white collar income, boasting an average monthly salary of 7,214 yuan (US$1,165.9), followed by Beijing and Shenzhen, all of which are big cities. The salaries in China’s eastern coastal cities are overall higher than those in any other parts of the country.
