Getting up early is a common habit of entrepreneurs. Wang Jianlin, founder and chairman of Dalian Wanda Group, usually gets up at four o'clock in the morning to do physical exercises. Baidu CEO Robin Li and Founder of Lenovo Liu Chuanzhi always wake up at five o'clock. Comparatively, business magnate Li Ka-shing, who gets up at six o'clock to play golf, can't be regarded as an early bird.
Entrepreneurs also prefer to stay up late. Evergrande Group Chairman Xu Jiayin often goes to sleep at three or four in the morning. It's not rare to see Tencent Chairman Ma Huateng send out e-mails in the middle of the night.
They are always energetic and have tight schedules. Sometimes they fly to three cities in one day to sign three separate contracts; sometimes they have a dozen meetings in one day; sometimes they have to finish a meal in three minutes.
