In charge of the Office of Land and Resources (Bureau of Surveying and Mapping), Health Department, Population and Family Planning Commission, Food and Drug Administration Bureau, Mine Bureau, Ningxia Medical College (including its affiliated hospitals) of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Keeping work relations and coordinate with the Trade Unions, regional committee of the Communist Youth League, Women's Federations, the Red Cross Society, and Yinchuan offices of assets management companies. 協(xié)助主席分管國(guó)土資源、衛(wèi)生、計(jì)劃生育、食品藥品監(jiān)管、地礦等方面的工作。 分管自治區(qū)國(guó)土資源廳（測(cè)繪局）、衛(wèi)生廳、人口計(jì)生委、食品藥品監(jiān)管局、地礦局、寧夏醫(yī)學(xué)院（含附屬醫(yī)院）。 聯(lián)系協(xié)調(diào)自治區(qū)總工會(huì)、團(tuán)委、婦聯(lián)、紅十字會(huì),各資產(chǎn)管理公司駐銀辦事處。
