Nicaragua celebrates its National Pavilion Day today with a concert and dance performance at the Expo Center.

Themed "Nicaragua, Unique ... Original," the pavilion exhibits spectacular landscapes of lakes and volcanoes.

It showcases how Nicaraguans are rebuilding their country after long years of conflict and creating better cities for themselves and the next generations.

The pavilion showcases economic development, environmental conservation, tourism, as well as traditional arts, crafts, music, food and many other aspects of culture.
