Bosideng International Holdings Limited has commissioned Regal Hotels International to manage its 215-room luxury hotel in Dezhou in Shandong province.
The hotel is slated to open in the third quarter of 2010. Gao Xiaodong, executive director and general manager of Bosideng, said the hotel aims to be the first five-star hotel in Dezhou, and the prices will be at least 500 yuan to 600?yuan a night. Dezhou currently has three four-star hotels which enjoy room occupancies of from 70% to 80%.
Regal Hotels International now manages six hotels in Hong Kong, three in Shanghai, one in Chengdu, and one in Dezhou. It expects to see this number increase to 20 in the foreseeable future.
