An exchange base for China-Russia youth entrepreneur incubation, first of its kind, was launched in Qingdao, Shandong on Nov. 4, offering a new platform for exchange between the youths from the two countries.
The project was initiated by China Youth Center for International Exchange, China Foundation for Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment, and Russian Union of Youth, with the support of All-China Youth Federation and Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
At the launch, the China Youth Center for International Exchange, the Qingdao committee of the communist youth league, and Qingdao international economic cooperation zone (Sino-German Ecopark) signed a memorandum.
The Qingdao base will arrange for youth entrepreneurs from China and Russia to experience the other country's incubators. It will also offer opportunities for makers and youth entrepreneurs from the two countries to exchange ideas on a regular basis.
