Chinese property prices have finally stopped rising, and transaction volumes have shrunk since the middle of last month.
The government introduced a series of measures to curb the skyrocketing real estate prices. And the National Development and Reform Commission says since then, property prices have stabilized. But it said prices would remain high, neither rising nor falling, while the market continues with a "wait-and-see" attitude.
