The show includes neutral tones of champagne and dusty pink, along with warmer aubergine and rich charcoal, dominating a collection which was high on femininity and was classic Dior.
A host of high-profile guests were invited, Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova expressed her confidence in Dior in its latest attempt to lead the trend.
Natalia Vodianova said, "It's a news-making brand, it's a trend-making brand and whatever they do, it works."
Chinese actresses Peng Lin and Li Xiaolu were also invited, signalling the brand's focus into Asian markets, particularly China.
Another eye-catcher was a dove grey silk dress that featured copious panels of lightweight fabric in the skirt.
Fashion Week continues on Saturday with shows expected from famous Dutch and British designers.
