After the documentary "A Bite of China" won critical praise, many Chinese restaurants saw their business boom. Diners have come from far distances, to try the food mentioned in the programme.
This street gathers the most typical foods and snacks in East China's Fuzhou City. Though it's not the weekend, many stores and restaurants are still packed with food lovers from all over China. Trying the local delicacies themselves is not enough, many want to share the good taste with their relatives and friends.
A tourist from Shanghai says, "I want to bring some typical Fuzhou snacks to my friends."
A saleswomen says, "The sales volume is 30 percent higher now."
This store sells pigs feet, which is quite popular in Fujian Province. These days, more customers are coming here thanks to "A Bite of China."

Zheng Zexian, an operation manager says, "Our store used to sell two or three hundred pigs feet each day, but now, the number has climbed to four or five hundred."
Some customers came to the store right after they watched the programme.
"I've seen pigs feet in the programme, and I heard other dishes are good as well, so I come here today."
