China's public security department launched an online platform last May, called "Tuanyuan", to issue mobile alerts about missing children, in a bid to combat trafficking. After months of system upgrades, the latest version of the platform, which translates as "reunion" in English, is now linked to the 14 most popular mobile apps in China.
