US Vice President Mike Pence has sworn in Elaine Chao as the country's new Transportation Secretary. Chao was labor secretary under former President George W. Bush. She also served as deputy transportation secretary under President George H.W. Bush. Chao is expected to lead President Trump's infrastructure reform agenda.
