Alpha Ibrahima Keira, former secretary general for the presidency of Guinea, stressed the pressing need for good governance at a BRICS seminar on Thursday.
As the macroeconomy became stable, ensuing good governance would become the urgent priority in national development policies, he said.
The BRICS Seminar on Governance is being held in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, from Aug. 17 to 18.
