A Modern Hehe City

At the First Meeting of the Fifth Session of the 14th CPC Tiantai County Congress in January 2021, the building of a modern Hehe city was set as the fundamental goal of Tiantai County's modernization. The 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) will see solid progress in Tiantai County's development in the new era: It will usher in an era of high-speed rail and accelerate high-quality development, embark on a new journey to build itself into a modern Hehe city, and strive to take the lead in promoting the construction of socialist modern cities from the county level.

Positioning Tiantai as a modern Hehe city in future development shows the consistent emphasis that the Party committee and government of Tiantai County have laid on Hehe Culture. Since 2017, Tiantai County has made efforts to build communication bases, landmarks and demonstration zones for the dissemination and development of Hehe Culture; carried out government-level Hehe cultural exchanges and activities with Korea, the US, Japan, Canada and other countries; established communication centers in Hangzhou, Shanghai and other places; founded a Hehe Culture research institute in Canada and international centers for spreading Hehe Culture in Dubai, Tokyo and Manila. A number of public figures at home and abroad have been invited as overseas ambassadors of Tiantai Mountains Hehe Culture.

現(xiàn)代化和合之城

建設(shè)“現(xiàn)代化和合之城”，是2021年1月天臺(tái)縣第十四屆五次黨代會(huì)第一次會(huì)議確立的天臺(tái)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的基本目標(biāo)。在“十四五”時(shí)期，天臺(tái)將走深走實(shí)新時(shí)代發(fā)展路徑，擁抱高鐵時(shí)代，加快高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，開(kāi)啟現(xiàn)代化和合之城建設(shè)新征程，奮力打造社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化先行市的縣域標(biāo)桿。

“現(xiàn)代化和合之城”的發(fā)展定位，體現(xiàn)了天臺(tái)縣委、縣政府對(duì)和合文化的一貫重視。2017年以來(lái)，天臺(tái)縣積極打造和合文化傳播地、標(biāo)志地，建設(shè)和合文化傳承發(fā)展示范區(qū)，與韓國(guó)、美國(guó)、日本、加拿大等國(guó)開(kāi)展政府間和合主題文化交流活動(dòng)，并在杭州、上海等地設(shè)立了和合文化傳播驛站，在加拿大成立“加拿大和合文化研究會(huì)”，在阿聯(lián)酋迪拜、日本東京、菲律賓馬尼拉等地相繼成立和合文化海外驛站，一批海內(nèi)外人士受聘成為天臺(tái)山和合文化海外傳播大使。
