A New York street vendor has been arrested for selling condoms with President Obama and Sarah Palin's faces on the wrappers, the Daily Mail reported.

Jose Andujar, 43, was arrested in Times Square on Friday for selling condoms printed with Obama's face and the phrase "Hope is not a form of protection."

The Sarah Palin condoms bear the words, "When abortion is not an option."

The arrest came despite a State Supreme Court ruling that his condoms are protected by the Constitution's guarantee of free speech.

It is the third time that Andujar has been arrested for unlicensed peddling in a year.
