9. Dalian city in northeast China's Liaoning province
Dalian improved 19 rank positions and ended up 94th in the GFCI 31 with a rating score of 552. As one of the important foreign trade ports in China, the city has been proactively working on developing new shipping routes in recent years despite the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic.
