The capital city remained at eighth in the GFCI 31 with a rating score of 710. It has launched a "two zones" initiative to build itself into a pilot free trade zone and the national integrated demonstration zone to expand the service sector's opening-up. The ambition is gathering momentum as Beijing has completed most scheduled tasks.
