所謂語言暴力,就是使用謾罵、詆毀、蔑視、嘲笑等侮辱歧視性的語言,致使他人在精神上和心理上遭到侵犯和損害,屬精神傷害的范疇。而低齡語言暴力,就是限定了施暴者或受暴者是青少年。很多情況下,語言暴力源自不平等的相互關(guān)系,受害者通常缺乏自衛(wèi)的力量,未成年人遭受的語言暴力就屬于這一類。
