所謂語言暴力，就是使用謾罵、詆毀、蔑視、嘲笑等侮辱歧視性的語言，致使他人在精神上和心理上遭到侵犯和損害，屬精神傷害的范疇。而低齡語言暴力，就是限定了施暴者或受暴者是青少年。很多情況下，語言暴力源自不平等的相互關(guān)系，受害者通常缺乏自衛(wèi)的力量，未成年人遭受的語言暴力就屬于這一類。
