例如，2010年2月5日，中國外交部長楊潔篪出席了在慕尼黑舉行的安全政策會議并發(fā)表題為《變化中的中國與世界》的講話，其中有這樣一句話：“……只有利益共享、責(zé)任共擔(dān)、互利共贏，才最符合自己和別國的利益?！?span lang="EN-US">
