Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, District of Columbia
This memorial in Washington DC was established in 1997, and recorded 12 years of American history through a sequence of four outdoor rooms, one for each of Roosevelt's terms of office. Another highlight is the bronze sculpture of First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, to honors her contribution to the UN, the only depiction of a First Lady at a presidential memorial. The memorial is in a quiet location, and boasts amazing scenery, including a beautiful manmade waterfall.
